Round 3 Wrap
.
Great round for the ‘rojo y amarillo’ up at Korumburra this weekend. The U6 mini roos had their first official fixture and despite a chilly wind, there was some skillful goals scored and plenty of exuberant celebrations. Big thanks to Luke Wilkinson for looking after the group in Roger’s absence. The U8’s and U10s also had a great time – have a look at Monique’s action photos of the kids on our Facebook page.

The Under 14’s continued on with their solid start to the season getting up 5-2. It was great to see Oscar GG back, celebrating his return with a brace. The U12’s managed a great turn around this week putting plenty of goals in the back of the net. The women’s team gritted out a 4-3 result and the girls team managed a strong 7-1 win. After a couple of close losses last week, the men’s sides were able to post strong wins against understrength Korumburra sides. They both romped home netting 10 goals apiece.

A drive up the Strezlecki Highway this Sunday to the red earth and rolling hills of Mirboo North. The Mirboo North Arty Gras is on this weekend – free entry if you are at an end after your match!

All teams are on deck again this week. Players, please be at the ground at least 30 minutes prior to your match!
