Round 4 Wrap
.
Tough road trip to Mirboo North. The Seniors going down 1-3 in a tight, defensive struggle. Mirboo North going ahead late with an own goal and then pinching a lucky one as the Stars pushed for the equalizer. The Women also ground out a tight result, drawing 4-4. The Reserves had the best result of the day prevailing 6-1 with Joe Licciardi netting a hatrick.

In the U14s the kids hung on however the bigger Mirboo team scored a couple of late goals to come home winners. The U12s ground out a 1-1 result in yet another tight encounter. The U16 girls played out a friendly.

We were a few players down last round, Mother’s Day and all. Players and families are asked to contact their coaches directly to inform them if the player is unavailable for their match. Messages left on the Facebook and Team App will not always make their way to the coaches on time. Contact details for all coaches are on Team App, thanks!

This weekend sees us at home so we will need some helpers to set up the goals and nets. Can helpers please be on hand by 8.15am. See Al Starkey.
