Finals Week 1 Wrap
.
First up – congratulations to the Senior Mens team who were able to live up to their number one ranking and proceed comfortably through to Sunday week’s Grand Final at Mirboo North. Dominant for most of the match the Stars winning 4-1 over a tough Korumburra City side. Great effort from Denis and the boys and we wish them well to go one better on last year. Check out Jim Bremner’s match report on our Facebook page to read how the match unfolded.

It is now over to JP & the ladies and Eddy & his cruisers to see if they can join the Seniors on Grand Final Day. Inverloch will host the finals this Sunday at Thompson Reserve, so with a home ground advantage we are hopeful that at least one of these sides can make the GF. Get along to support our teams, wear your scarves and cheer them home!

• Finals Week 2 will see the Inverloch Women’s team up against Leongatha (3v2) at 1pm.
• Earlier at 11am the Inverloch Reserves team will size up to Phillip Island (3v2).

Entrance Fees at all Finals $5 per adult, Children free – all funds will go back to the clubs.

GSL League Presentation Evening – Fri 14 September 7pm – Korumburra Soccer Club Rooms
The GSL night of nights will occur on Friday 14 September 2018. Senior players and coaches will be invited to attend GSL’s Presentation Evening.

Stars Hosting Week 2 of the GSL Finals – Volunteers Needed
The Inverloch Stars have been granted the right to host Week 2 of this year’s GSL Finals. This will give the club a great chance to raise funds through the canteen and BBQ that we will run.
.
We will need some support to make all this happen. Mel Gibson-Goldsmith is developing a volunteer roster for the day please let her know on 0404 293 466. Many thanks.

Senior Presentation Night – Fri 21 September 6pm – Inlet Hotel
To kick off a big weekend of Stars Soccer we’ll be conducting our Annual Presentation Night at the Inlet Hotel on Friday 21 September from 6pm. This will be great night of celebration and anticipation as our senior teams get set for grand finals action.
Dinner from about 6.30pm. Presentations from around 8pm.
